📅 MLK Day – No School
In observance of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day, there will be no school, Monday January 19. This day allows us to honor Dr. King’s legacy of service, leadership, and justice.

📄 Report Cards
Report cards were sent home on Friday. If you did not receive your child’s report card, please reach out to your child’s teacher so we can ensure you have the information you need to support your child’s learning.

📚 Important Information for Third Grade Families – Tennessee Third Grade Literacy Law
We want to ensure families are aware of the Tennessee Third Grade Literacy Law, which requires third-grade students to score proficient or above in literacy on the state assessment to be promoted to fourth grade. Students who do not meet this requirement may be required to repeat third grade or attend summer REACH.

Please know that we are committed to supporting our third graders through strong literacy instruction, targeted interventions, and ongoing progress monitoring. We value our partnership with families and encourage you to reach out with any questions or concerns about your child’s progress.
