Orchard Knob Elementary students have 14 club options that invite them to explore new interests, build skills, stay active, solve problems, and grow as leaders.

From books, photography, drones, and STEM to athletics, mentoring, and outdoor leadership, the OKE club lineup offers many ways for students to discover activities they enjoy.

Students can explore creative ideas, practice teamwork, develop new abilities, and strengthen leadership skills.

Explore and Create

Students can enjoy stories and movies, learn photography, explore drone technology, build race cars, and take part in hands-on STEM challenges.

Move and Compete

Athletic opportunities include pickleball, basketball, cheerleading and dance, soccer, track, and cross country.

Lead and Grow

Mentoring and leadership clubs help students build confidence, responsibility, positive relationships, teamwork, and character.

  • Book/Movie Club — Rebekka Casey
    Read great stories, watch their movie adaptations, and discuss how the books and films are alike and different.
  • Photography Club — Coach Alexander
    Learn the basics of photography while exploring creative ways to capture people, places, objects, and special moments.
  • Pickleball Club — Hanna Bales
    Learn the rules and basic skills of pickleball through fun drills, friendly games, teamwork, and active play.
  • Drone Club — Kenneth Blaser
    Explore drone technology while learning basic flight skills, safe operation, problem-solving, and real-world uses for drones.
  • Race Car Club — Kenneth Blaser
    Design, build, test, and race cars in the eLab while exploring speed, motion, engineering, and creative problem-solving.

    Take part in hands-on science, technology, engineering, and math challenges that encourage creativity, teamwork, and discovery.

    Join a supportive group that helps girls build confidence, develop leadership skills, form positive relationships, and make responsible choices.

    Develop basketball fundamentals through skill-building activities focused on dribbling, passing, shooting, teamwork, and sportsmanship.

  • Outdoor Leadership Club — Beasley
    Build leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills through outdoor activities, group challenges, and hands-on experiences.

    Practice soccer fundamentals such as dribbling, passing, shooting, teamwork, and good sportsmanship through drills and games.
